It’s through the process of various chopping of metal fibers; the copper staple fiber is produced wherein the fiber length varies from 1.0 to 38mm, depending upon the accumulation of the state supply. Since the fiber is short in dimension, it can be easily dispersed into all kinds of viscous liquid stirring. The fiber is also used for sintered plates, sintering blankets and other porous materials through casting production of metal comprising composite material. The Copper Staple Fiber is huge used in brake pads, resin grinding head, sintered porous material, diesel exhaust gas purifier and gas burners, making it highly demanding.
